Privacy
Information about the app, this website, and your contact with us. Updated: 19 October 2026.
Paul Rauch, Salzburg, Austria, is responsible for the processing described here. Contact: office@coffeebirdstudio.com. This policy applies to Push me! and this website.
Push me! stores training plans, progress, statistics, and settings locally on your device. If device backups are enabled, they may also include app data. You don’t need a separate Push me! account for local workout planning.
When you export or share a plan, you choose where it is saved and who receives it. The file may contain exercise names, notes, and training targets, among other details. The privacy terms of your chosen file and cloud services apply. Copies already shared cannot be recalled through the app.
Apple handles payments through the App Store. Push me! uses RevenueCat to manage purchase status and Pro access. This involves processing app-user identifiers, transaction information, purchase status, and technical device information. We don’t receive full payment card details. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; manage it in your Apple Account.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process technical connection data such as your IP address, browser information, access time, and requested pages to deliver and secure the site. This website uses no analytics or advertising scripts and no external fonts. Its own scripts do not set cookies. If you contact us, we process your email address, message, and any attachments to handle your request.
Your language choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage, key “pushme-language”) until you change it or clear the website data. On a first visit, your browser language can select a matching translation. This does not require location access or a geolocation service.
Providing requested services and managing Pro access are based on performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Secure website operation and handling general enquiries serve our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Legal obligations are fulfilled on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it for the future.
Recipients may include Apple, RevenueCat, our hosting and email providers, and the recipients and storage services you choose. Providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the USA. Information about the applicable safeguards is available on request. Further information: Apple Privacy Policy and RevenueCat Privacy Policy.
Local data remains stored until you remove it or clear the app’s local storage. You may need to delete backups and exported files separately. Support messages are retained for as long as necessary to handle and follow up on your request or meet legal obligations. Purchase and technical operational data may be subject to different retention requirements. Contact us about data processed on our behalf.
Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent. You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in Austria, this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
